About the Opportunity:
We're looking for a talented Sales Engineer to join our growing
revenue organization. In this role you will play a key role in the
sales process.
The HumanSignal platform is a highly technical product used by Data
Scientists and Machine Learning engineers to be successful in this
role you will need to understand the importance of Data Labeling
and its role in ML models & GenAI products.
Our sales process is highly consultative and is a team sport. You
will be a strategic advisor working closely with Account
Executives, Account Development, and other stakeholders to
successfully close deals. The core function of this role will be to
craft and deliver compelling and value oriented demos as well as
Proof of Concepts that help our potential customers understand the
value of HumanSignal platform.

We are hiring for this role across North America. For US based
candidates our base cash compensation for this role is targeted
between $145,000 to $185,000 USD. This role also qualifies for
variable compensation in the form of commissions. If an employee is
meeting sales objectives as outlined in our commission plan we
anticipate the on target earnings for this role to be between
$180,000 to $215,000. This range is provided by market data and is
in good faith. The final offer details are determined by several
factors including candidate experience, expertise as well as
applicable industry knowledge, and may vary from the pay ranges
listed above.
