generations.Role SummaryAs a key member of Rivian's centralized
Corporate Development and Integration team, you will play an active
role in acquisitions, investments, joint ventures, strategic
partnerships and other meaningful external engagements that support
Rivian's mission and company goals. You will support entire
processes including strategy formulation, financial
modeling/valuation analysis, due diligence, project management with
a variety of stakeholders and workstreams, negotiation and deal
execution, working with business leaders, internal cross functional
partners and external advisors.Responsibilities
- Evaluate potential acquisitions, investments, strategic
partnerships and other external opportunities from a qualitative
and quantitative perspective.
- Distill complex findings and build clear and compelling
business cases for review by Rivian's executive team and Board of
Directors.
- Support due diligence processes, cross-functional project
management and integration planning.
- Support deal execution including documentation and post-closing
implementation.Qualifications
- 3+ years of work experience in corporate development, strategy,
management consulting, investment banking and/or other related
fields.
- Strong financial, research and analytical skills with ability
to assimilate data, extract insights, and make informed
recommendations.
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and
willingness to dive deep.
- Ownership mentality, with ability to work independently and
manage ambiguity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the
ability to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner.
- A keen interest in understanding industry trends and
competitive dynamics.Pay DisclosureSalary Range for CA based
applicants: $117,200 - $146,500 annually (Actual compensation will
be determined based on experience, location and other factors
permitted by law).Benefits Summary: Rivian provides robust
