Sr. Thermal System Validation Engineer, Energy ProductsTo ensure

capability to develop and deploy grid connected storage at

firmware of thermal systems to drive the world's transition to a

together.What You'll Do
- Own and drive hardware validation efforts for thermal systems
and components such as compressors, pumps, fans, heat exchangers,
etc.
- Design and implement test infrastructure as buck setup or
HIL/SIL platform to break down system level validation into
sub-system level validation.
- Lead the test plan execution for hardware performance
validation - including test planning, setup design, development,
execution, and continuous feedback for new hardware revisions.
- Identify, escalate, and resolve issues with hardware and
firmware during system bring up, performance, and fault injection
testing.
- Write and maintain test software to automate test execution,
data collection, and data analysis, to build up a pipeline for full
regression tests to ensure test coverage of requirements.
- Conduct hands-on testing, debugging, and troubleshooting on
product hardware and software, capable of identifying, escalating,
and resolving issues with hardware and firmware during testing.What
You'll Bring
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or
equivalent experience.
- Good fundamentals in heat transfer, thermodynamics, and fluid
mechanics.
- Fluency in using MATLAB or Python to do thermal data
analysis.
- Experience using standard lab and test equipment such as power
supplies, DMMs, DAQs, pressure transducers, flowmeters,
thermocouples, etc.
- Experience working with liquid cooled thermal management
systems.
- Effective communicator with excellent attention to detail.
- Preferred: Experience working with liquid cooled thermal
management systems for batteries or power converters.
- Preferred: Experience working with vapor compression cycles
and/or heat pump systems.
- Preferred: Exceptional analytical problem-solving skills, able
to identify and surface issues within complex HW/SW
systems.Compensation and BenefitsAlong with competitive pay, as a

Compensation$133,440 - $292,800/annual salary + cash and stock
awards + benefits. Pay offered may vary depending on multiple
individualized factors, including market location, job-related
knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package
for this position may also include other elements dependent on the
position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans
will be provided if an employee receives an offer of
