Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Reservationist to join our team. Key responsibilities include:

Handling incoming reservation inquiries via phone or email, providing information about availability and assisting guests in making reservations based on their preferences and requirements.
Accurately inputting reservation details into our reservation system, including allergies and seating preferences.
Confirming reservations with guests via email or phone.
Assisting guests with inquiries, requests, or changes to existing reservations, including modifications to booking dates and providing solutions to ensure guest satisfaction and retention.
Preparing daily reservations sheet for lunch and dinner service.
Collaborating on special projects and tasks as assigned by the management team.
