A company is looking for a Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Advocate
1 in Banking.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle a large volume of inbound customer contacts and build
positive relationships
Support customer requests for research and documentation,
coordinating with internal teams
Meet daily qualitative and quantitative targets for service,
productivity, and quality
Required Qualifications:
High School Degree or Equivalent
2+ years of contact center experience and/or comparable retail
banking experience
Bilingual - Spanish
Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM systems
Expertise with MS Office Suite
