Job Description:
Young adults can develop in-classroom skills, access internships
and/or job placement services, and receive personalized coaching
and mentorship. The program combines technical and professional
training with internship and job placement support through YUPRO
Placement. Eligible participants are 18-29 years old, high school
graduates or GED recipients, eligible to work in the U.S., and
highly motivated to learn. They will gain professional business and
communication skills, interviewing and networking skills, resume
building, and ongoing support. In-depth classes include Application
Development & Support, Banking & Customer Success, Helpdesk/Desktop
Support, Project Management Support, and Data Analytics. 80% of
graduates are employed and/or enrolled in postsecondary education
within 4 months, earning an average starting salary of $53,000 per
year.
