Job Description:
A company is looking for a Specialist, Staff Care to develop and
oversee staff care programs that promote well-being and resilience
among global staff.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a holistic staff care strategy addressing
physical, emotional, and mental well-being
Provide direct support and counseling to staff experiencing stress
or mental health challenges
Collaborate with program managers and leadership to integrate staff
care initiatives into organizational practices
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field;
Master's degree preferred
Minimum of seven years of experience in staff care or mental
health, with three years in a leadership role
Proven experience in designing and implementing staff care programs
in a global context
Professional certification in counseling or related fields is
required
Strong understanding of the challenges faced by staff in
high-stress environments
