• Anticipate and address challenges associated with growth, such as scaling products and processes under the guidance of senior leadership.

• A proven track record of 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
• Experience in a high-growth scaling startup where you've grown and led projects while still being hands-on.
• A keen attention to detail and a passion for building products to the highest standards across many dimensions (user experience, performance, reliability, security, etc.).
• Experience establishing goals and deliverables, and the ability to keep key partners informed throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Experience attracting, retaining, supporting, and growing excellent Software Engineering talent.
• The ability to contribute to the team's vision and roadmap by understanding our customers' needs.Not required: Specific technology or programming language background.
