Visit our landing page to learn more.The Big Data & Analytics team at Pinterest is responsible for end to end big data infrastructure, data warehousing & AB testing framework & business intelligence solutions that powers the rest of the business. The team owns both the critical data infrastructures from log ingestion, batch & stream processing, big data query & workflow systems & AB testing experimentation framework, and also the data processing & ETL pipelines for data warehousing and business intelligence.What you'll do:

• You'll have the opportunity to build the infrastructure platforms or the data processing pipelines that powers Pinterest's critical business needs.
• Building or using the cutting edge big data technologies such as Hadoop/Spark/Flink/Kafka/Airflow/Presto.What we're looking for:
• 5+ years of industry experience in big data infrastructure or data warehouse engineering/business intelligence.
• Passionate about working with data at hundreds of petabytes scale.
• Solid experience in one of the languages in Java/Scala/Python.
• Publications at conferences a plus.
• Bonus points for experience with big data infrastructure (e.g. Hadoop/Spark/Flink/Kafka/Airflow/Presto), using big data technologies for data processing, ETL, reporting, and/or experience building A/B testing or Machine learning Infrastructure frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, or equivalent experience.In-Office Requirement Statement:

• This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 1-2 times every 6-months and therefore can be situated anywhere in the country.Relocation Statement:
