• Cash Collection and Reconciliation: Take charge of collecting payments from businesses and organizations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Employ your meticulous attention to detail to reconcile cash receipts and identify discrepancies, ensuring all financial records are balanced.
• Financial Compliance: Uphold the highest standards of financial regulations and government policies while collecting and managing cash. Ensure all transactions adhere to legal requirements and ethical practices.
• Account Management: Oversee the financial health of assigned government accounts. Maintain accurate records, update account information, and provide comprehensive reports to stakeholders, contributing to transparent financial management.
• Customer Relations: Engage in professional and courteous communication to address inquiries, resolve issues, and build positive relationships, reflecting the government's commitment to exceptional service.
• Data Analysis: Utilize your analytical skills to identify trends, anomalies, and potential risks within cash collection processes. Collaborate with financial analysts to make informed decisions and improve operational efficiency.
• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance cash collection procedures. Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce errors, and expedite transactions, contributing to smoother financial operations.
• Reporting and Documentation: Prepare clear and concise financial reports for management and regulatory bodies. Maintain organized documentation that supports financial audits and compliance checks.
• Be aware of, and comply with, all corporate policies.
• Participate in cross-function projects as needed.What you bring
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Excellent customer service skills and telephone etiquette.
  • Organized, detail-oriented ability to multi-task with effective follow-through.
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-performance environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
