Tech Firefly is seeking an experienced Epic Cupid Clinical Systems Analyst to join our healthcare team's dynamic and innovative environment. If you have profound knowledge of Epic applications and are passionate about enhancing patient care through technology, we want to hear from you!Location: Hybrid On-site (Palo Alto, CA - 2 to 3 times per month)Pay: $112,000 to $147,000 per year (Depending on experience)Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and maintain the Epic Cupid module to ensure it functions correctly and efficiently.
• Assist doctors, nurses, and other healthcare staff in using the system effectively, addressing any questions or problems they encounter.
• Teach users how to navigate and utilize the Cupid module to its full potential.
• Work closely with clinical teams to understand their needs and adjust the system accordingly.
• Identify and fix issues within the system to minimize disruptions to patient care.Education Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.Experience Qualifications:
    • A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Epic Analyst specializing in clinical systems, particularly Epic Cupid.
    • Strong analytical abilities, effective communication, and a good understanding of clinical workflows are important.
    • Strong knowledge of clinical workflows and best practices in a healthcare setting.
    • Epic certification in Cupid or related modules is highly desirable.
    • Experience with reporting tools and database management systems, such as Clarity or Reporting Workbench.
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail.
    • Effective communication skills to engage with diverse clinical and technical teams.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Benefits:
