Location: Palo Alto, CA 94304, Menlo Park, CA 94025, Livermore, CA 94550
Start Date: March 2025
Duration: 12+ Months (Options for 26 weeks Contract)
Shift Schedule: 8 Hours Shift between 7AM to 8PM & Evening 12:30PM to 12AM

Qualification:

License: Any state CNA license is acceptable
Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS)
Experience: Must have 2 years' experience within the last 3 years.
3 professional references required

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care and/or close observation of patients.
nursing assistants shall be technically proficient in the skills necessary to fulfill the government's requirements, including the ability to speak, understand, read, and write English fluently.
Nursing assistant shall be responsible for interfacing with patients, physicians, and family members.
Implement the plan of care demonstrating knowledge of the responsibilities of the NA for all stages of care.
Work in partnership with the health care team in implementing standards of care in accordance with the purpose, philosophy, and objectives of nursing.
Responsible for care and use of equipment used.
Provide family and patient teaching
Report changes in mental or physical status immediately to assigned nurse/charge nurse.
