individuals eligible for cancer screening.Job DescriptionWe are
seeking a highly motivated Senior Manager, EMR Implementation, to
lead the seamless integration, onboarding, and training of our EMR
customers. This role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer
experience throughout the implementation journey-from pre-launch
planning to post-launch support and continuous system improvement.
Acting as the primary point of contact during implementation, this
position will ensure customers can order our products through their
existing EMR workflows, driving business growth and brand
loyalty.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Integration and
Onboarding:
- Collaborate with customers to understand their workflows and
requirements.
- Oversee technical integrations with customers across various
EMR platforms including AthenaHealth, eClinicalWorks, and
Epic.
- Lead end-to-end project management for EMR implementations,
including timeline creation, milestone tracking, and stakeholder
communication.
- Conduct comprehensive testing to ensure system functionality
and data integrity prior to go-live.Training and User Adoption:
- Develop and deliver training programs for healthcare providers
and staff.
- Create user-friendly guides, resources, and training
materials.
- Facilitate live or virtual training sessions as needed to
ensure all users are proficient.Post-Launch Support and Continuous
Improvement:
- Serve as the primary point of contact within Guardant for
troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Proactively monitor customer ordering and feedback to identify
areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular check-ins with customers and Sales to ensure
the integration aligns with evolving workflows.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement system
enhancements based on customer and Sales input.
- Provide ongoing education on new features, updates, and best
practices.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure customer
success and identify opportunities for growth.Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in EMR implementation.
- Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and
operations.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence without
direct authority.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication
skills.
- Ability to seamlessly transition between strategic planning and
hands-on execution in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
and customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA) and data
security best practices.
- Willingness to travel for customer and in-person meetings.
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline
required.Work Environment:Employee may be required to lift routine
office supplies and use office equipment. Majority of the work is
performed in a desk/office environment; however, there may be
exposure to high noise levels, fumes, and biohazard material in the
laboratory environment. Ability to sit for extended periods of
time.Additional InformationHybrid Work Model: At Guardant Health,
we have defined days for in-person/onsite collaboration and
work-from-home days for individual-focused time. All U.S. employees
who live within 50 miles of a Guardant facility will be required to
be onsite on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. We have found
aligning our scheduled in-office days allows our teams to do the
best work and creates the focused thinking time our innovative work
requires. At Guardant, our work model has created flexibility for
better work-life balance while keeping teams connected to advance
our science for our patients.For positions based in Palo Alto, CA
or Redwood City, CA, the base salary range for this full-time
position is $173,200 to $233,820. The range does not include
benefits, and if applicable, bonus, commission, or equity.Within
the range, individual pay is determined by work location and
additional factors, including, but not limited to, job-related
skills, experience, and relevant education or training. If you are
