Our focus areas include the development of an AI orchestration layer through integrated software, edge computing, microfluidics, and incubation of new business opportunities.We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and collaborative professional to join the team working on accelerating the delivery of intelligent AI-driven experiences throughout our products, services, and solutions. The role will lead a cross-functional product effort to develop software products and deliver meaningful change in the daily workflow of our users.Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a roadmap for IT manageability for all AI Strategy and Better Together platforms.
• Define ITDM requirements for enabling HP solutions in various managed, lightly managed, and unmanaged commercial segments.
• Create the tools, business model, and SaaS framework for monetization solutions.
• Develop a roadmap of analytics and insights solutions that can be offered as a service.
• Work across HP product and engineering teams to drive IT manageability and services.
• Collaborate with business unit management and internal partners to recommend and implement changes to products, processes, or business practices.
• Work with engineering project managers, product design, and operations to identify and resolve risks associated with early builds.
• Communicate program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams through agile development processes.
• Track and report key metrics to drive future product developments.
• Collaborate with launch lead, marketing, and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies.
• Drive innovation and integration of new technologies into projects.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior staff members.Education and Experience Required:
  • MBA or equivalent experience; typically has 10+ years of work experience in product management or related field.
  • Experience cross-collaborating to drive projects forward.
  • Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
  • A growth mindset; must acknowledge successes and setbacks and accept feedback.
  • Passion for learning new technologies and their application in customer use cases.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.The base pay range for this role is $146,650 to $225,850 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only).Benefits:
