looking for an experienced, dynamic, and collaborative professional
to join the team working on accelerating the delivery of
intelligent AI-driven experiences throughout our products,
services, and solutions. The role will lead a cross-functional
product effort to develop software products and deliver meaningful
change in the daily workflow of our users.Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a roadmap for IT manageability for all AI Strategy and
Better Together platforms.
- Define ITDM requirements for enabling HP solutions in various
managed, lightly managed, and unmanaged commercial segments.
- Create the tools, business model, and SaaS framework for
monetization solutions.
- Develop a roadmap of analytics and insights solutions that can
be offered as a service.
- Work across HP product and engineering teams to drive IT
manageability and services.
- Collaborate with business unit management and internal partners
to recommend and implement changes to products, processes, or
business practices.
- Work with engineering project managers, product design, and
operations to identify and resolve risks associated with early
builds.
- Communicate program progress, escalations, and issue analysis
to key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams through agile
development processes.
- Track and report key metrics to drive future product
developments.
- Collaborate with launch lead, marketing, and sales teams to
develop go-to-market strategies.
- Drive innovation and integration of new technologies into
projects.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to junior staff
members.Education and Experience Required:
- MBA or equivalent experience; typically has 10+ years of work
experience in product management or related field.
- Experience cross-collaborating to drive projects forward.
- Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent
communication skills.
- A growth mindset; must acknowledge successes and setbacks and
accept feedback.
- Passion for learning new technologies and their application in
customer use cases.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.The
base pay range for this role is $146,650 to $225,850 annually with
additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity
(applies to US candidates only).Benefits:
