Senior Assistant Manager Role OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Senior Assistant Manager to provide operational leadership within our assigned location. This role involves lending merchandising expertise to enhance and maintain high levels of presentation throughout the assigned area.Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Store Manager to provide operational leadership and drive business results.
• Utilize merchandising skills to create visually appealing store displays and maintain high presentation standards.
• Develop and mentor team members to ensure their success and growth within the company.Requirements
  • Previous retail management experience with a proven track record of success.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
