Job Title: Caf-- Operations ManagerJob Summary:McCalls Catering & Events is seeking a skilled Caf-- Operations Manager to join our team. As a Caf-- Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our caf--, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.Responsibilities:

• Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and beverages
• Manage caf-- expenses and identify ways to decrease operational costs
• Recruit, train, and supervise caf-- staff
• Ensure a safe, hygienic, and healthy environment for customers and staff
• Comply with all food health and safety regulations
• Perform analytics and submit reports, suggesting improvementsRequirements:
  • High school diploma, bachelor's degree or certification in business administration or business management
  • 2 to 5 years' experience in a similar position in a fast casual food and beverage service operation
  • FDA Food Handler's License and ABC RBS certification
  • Strong knowledge of food health and safety regulations
  • Ability to lift 15-50 pounds at a time
  • Ability to think on their feet, innovate, and resolve problems
  • Well-developed soft skills and people skills
  • Competent to remain calm under pressure
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exemplary management, communication, organizational, and time management skillsWorking Conditions:This is a full-time position that requires working on weekends, holidays, and evenings. Covid vaccination is a requirement of the job.
