Manager, you will be responsible for driving new product
initiatives. You should be strategic and detail-oriented and have
exceptional data analysis skills and extensive product management
experience. You should be comfortable working with all stakeholders
in a fast-paced, data, user experience, and technology-driven

game and contributes both technically and creatively. We are
looking for self-motivated individuals to be part of our Lending
Product Management team to drive the Product goals. In this role,
the incumbent owns the key charter of user engagement &
gamification, which will cover product ideation, competitive
benchmarking, prioritization of the roadmap, GTM, and product
penetration. Responsibilities:
- Proficiently engage with business stakeholders.
- Conduct detailed competitor analysis for product feedback and
roadmap development.
- Take end-to-end ownership of the product vision.
- Identify and fill product gaps, generate new ideas to grow
market share, improve customer experience, and drive growth.
- Collaborate with Game Designers, Producers, and customer
experience teams to identify improvements and create the best
gameplay and service experience for players.
- Write game/feature specs, analyze key performance metrics, and
drive business results with a customer-first approach while
designing user journeys across various product lines, focusing on
gamification elements to drive user engagement.
- Should be able to conceptualize, implement, and scale
loyalty-focused features.
- Be well-versed in technical terminology, integration details,
and solutions.
- Understand cross-organizational modules and product
dependencies.
- Contribute to effective dependency planning for successful
product launches.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders for timely, seamless,
successful rollouts/launches.
- Work with Marketing and Product Marketing leads to develop and
execute integrated marketing plans.
- Analyze and prioritize projects/features and negotiate launch
timelines with development teams.
- Plan knowledge sessions for product releases within the
organization.
- Successfully execute Go-to-Market (GTM) plans.
- Utilize data analysis and interpretation for understanding
business impact and growth forecasting.
- Formulate business hypotheses to test and measure the feature
business impact.
- Test hypotheses using AB methodology.
- Drive for answers to business questions through hands-on
exploration of data using SQL, Excel, statistical analysis, and
business intelligence tools.
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of the business impact of the
product.
- Construct and execute Profit and Loss (PnL) statements.
- Assist in developing product strategy and roadmap.
- Be a visionary and introduce new trends in the market.
- Cultivate user advocacy within the same product line.
- Solve product and business challenges.
- Lead both the product and the people towards shared goals.

- Proven experience in a product management role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Technical background with a deep understanding of product
development processes.
- Demonstrated ability to drive business results through
data-driven decision-making.
- Innovative mindset and ability to think out of the box.
- A self-motivated individual with a passionate drive, adept at
persuasively selling ideas to stakeholders, and possessing the
determination to seamlessly execute those ideas cross-functionally.
