Job Description:

• Lead the implementation of the ERP system, collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute product launches, manage project schedules, and identify risks.
• Set build plans, drive material readiness with the supply chain, and evaluate constraints.
• Participate in early-stage product development, ensuring alignment objectives and requirements of Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Test, and Service.
• Optimize sustaining products, provide feedback to Engineering, Product Management, and Supply Chain, and make recommendations for future designs and processes.
• Evaluate performance against customer and business requirements, implement risk mitigation, and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the operations strategic sourcing team to drive cost reduction and component sourcing strategies throughout the product lifecycle.
• Provide input on DFx methods (manufacturing, quality, sourcing, service, and cost) in Hardware Engineering design discussions.
• Utilize technical expertise to meet program cost targets at a product and commodity level.
• Develop and maintain PLM processes and policies for effective product transition management, including risk analysis, supply continuity, and end-of-life considerations.
• Establish clear mechanisms to communicate program status and changes to the team and management.
• Demonstrate understanding of financial principles, market dynamics, and product positioning.
• Apply Six Sigma and continuous process improvement concepts.
• Utilize BI tools (e.g., Tableau/PowerBi) for strong analytics and deliver business insights to stakeholders.
  Required Skills: NPI, ERP, Oracle/SAP, DFx, Supply Chain, Material Planning, Hardware.
