are looking for a Product Manager - eCommerce who will be
responsible for maximizing sales, revenue, market share, and profit
margins by leading a team to deliver an end product. The typical
product manager guides the delivery of a product through its life
cycle.Role and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the product planning and execution throughout
the product lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing
product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and
working closely with other company departments to ensure revenue
and customer satisfaction goals are met. Ensure that the product
supports the company's overall strategy and goals.
- Manage the entire product line life cycle from strategic
planning to tactical activities.
- Author user stories, acceptance criteria and execute a portion
of the testing on projects.
- Develop and implement a company-wide go-to-market plan, working
with all departments to execute.
- Ensure product quality expectations are defined and known
across the team.Required Experience and Education:
- 5+ years digital merchandising or equivalent experience.
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business, Marketing,
Engineering (Computer Science), or a related field.
- Master's degree is preferred but not required.
- Prior experience in the eCommerce space.
- Proven analytical and numerical aptitude; versed in site
analytics and proficient in analyzing data for
decision-making.
- Experience using merchandising tools and experience with
personalized merchandising.
- Deep knowledge of the global retail industry and digital
commerce trends.
- Hands-on product management and/or product marketing experience
is preferred.Necessary Skills and Attributes:
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a
team-based or independent environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organization skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Limited supervision and the exercise of discretion.
- Familiar with Jira/Confluence/Json, etc.
- Familiar working with UX/Eng/Biz teams.
- A high bar across the board - from your own contributions to
the people you work with to the products you work on.
- A "leader" personality - biased toward action, great
collaborator and resolves ambiguities - constantly pushing toward
clarity and delivery.
- Grittiness. You never hesitate to roll up your sleeves and
tackle something hands-on, you persevere when others fall
away.
- Data at your fingertips: you just go get the data you need with
no muss/fuss and can whip it into an insightful story with no help.
You know how to leverage data to make decisions without getting
stuck in analysis paralysis.
- A never-ending desire to grow and learn.
- Considerable program planning and execution abilities,
excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Can use all
possible communication channels in order to keep things

hand/finger dexterity.Performs work under time schedules and stress
which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time-sensitive
deadlines, intellectual challenge, some language barriers, and
project management deadlines. May require working additional time
