Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic, highly motivated, experienced Sales
Executive to lead our US Sales efforts. This position requires a
unique blend of sales, account management, analytical, technical,
and marketing skills. You will be responsible for overseeing the US
Sales team to set and achieve aggressive revenue targets, drive,
and manage account strategy at both tactical and strategic levels,
while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction. This
role requires a combination of strong sales acumen and strategic
leadership to drive revenue growth and design wins with existing
and new customers in the Americas. The ideal candidate will have a
proven successful track record in sales management in the NAND
storage, Controller and SSD especially for Enterprise/Data Center
applications, and semiconductor industry with extensive
connections.Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies -
including setting ambitious revenue targets, pricing strategies and
go-to-market plans to expand market share and achieve revenue
targets.Identify new business opportunities and cultivate strong
relationships with key clients and partners. Identify and negotiate
partnerships, alliances, and distribution channels to expand market
reach.Foster strong, long-term relationships with key customers,
understand their needs, align product roadmaps, build close
executive relationships, and ensure their satisfaction with our
products and services.Stay updated on industry trends, competitor
activities, and market dynamics to proactively adjust the sales
approach and product development strategies.Minimum
Requirements/Qualifications:Proven track record in semiconductor
sales in the NAND memory and storage sector, especially in
controller and SSD for Enterprise and Data Centers.Strong
leadership skills with a track record of managing and motivating
high-performing sales teams.Strong understanding of semiconductor
technology and trends.Previous experience in a senior leadership
role, with a focus on sales and business development.Excellent
leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal
skills.Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.Financial
acumen to manage budgets and make data-driven decisions.Bachelor's
/ Master's degree in business, engineering, or a related field; MBA
preferred.10+ years of Sales Management experience.Location:
