Join us and take us to the next level!About the Business Unit:IT service provider to all the business within Times internet.About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Network and Network Security Engineer to design, implement, manage, and secure our enterprise network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of networking protocols, security best practices, and experience in securing large-scale, complex networks.Key Responsibilities:

• Network Design & Implementation: Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure network architectures for LAN, WAN, and cloud environments.
• Security Management: Develop and enforce network security policies, including firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and other security tools.
• Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and resolve issues to ensure optimal network functionality.
• Incident Response: Lead the response to network security incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and implement remediation measures.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, policies, and incident reports.
• Compliance & Audits: Ensure network infrastructure complies with relevant security standards (ISO, NIST, GDPR, etc.). Participate in security audits and implement recommendations.
• Team Leadership: Mentor junior network engineers and provide guidance on complex technical issues.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other IT teams, departments, and external vendors to ensure seamless network operations.Skills, Experience & Expertise:Certifications (preferred):
• Cisco: CCNP Security, CCIE Security
• Fortinet: NSE4 or higher
• Checkpoint: CCSA/CCSE
• Security: CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalentStrong knowledge of routing and switching protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP).Experience with firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, and NAC solutions.Proficient in network automation tools (Ansible, Python, etc.).Familiarity with SIEM solutions and log analysis.Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or related field.Experience: Minimum 7-12 years of experience in network engineering and security roles.
