Job Summary:We are seeking a talented and experienced MLOps Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and maintain infrastructure for deploying and managing advanced gen-AI agents and workflows powered by large language models.Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement production-ready infrastructure and scalable deployment strategies for LLM-enabled agents and workflows
• Implement and optimize continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes for AI applications
• Develop and manage version control systems for AI agents, workflows, datasets, LLM models and their associated artifacts
• Implement governance and safety mechanisms for AI agent deployments
• Create tooling for testing and performance evaluation of LLM models
• Develop comprehensive logging and tracing systems for AI workflows
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and governance standards
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to translate experimental AI workflows into production-ready solutionsRequired Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Software Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong background in machine learning and LLMs
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, with strong coding skills
  • Expert-level proficiency in Python and LLM frameworks (Hugging Face, LangChain, OpenAI API, LlamaIndex, etc.)
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Advanced understanding of machine learning model deployment, monitoring, and management
  • Strong experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions)
  • Familiar with ML versioning tools (DVC, MLflow)
  • Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
  • Expertise in generative AI models, particularly those applicable to healthcare scenarios.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to innovate under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a team and collaborate with stakeholders.
