partnerships.As Sr. Fullstack Engineer, you will:
- Work directly with the Head of Software, software engineering
team, and product teams.
- Design web applications with cloud backend that can scale with
the business growth of Kohler Ventures.
- Build the forward-looking vision and lead the effort to
understand and drive requirements with hardware/software
teams.
- Coordinate with product development teams to execute
rollout/adoption of common libraries, services, and patterns.
- Measurably improve code normalization across one or more
critical code concerns throughout the
codebase.Skills/RequirementsRequired Qualifications
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering,
or related field.
- Proficiency in programming languages JavaScript, TypeScript,
and NodeJS.
- Solid understanding of REST API design and microservices
architecture.
- Experience with PostgreSQL databases.
- Demonstrated understanding of web application security.
- Experience with Frontend frameworks NextJS and ReactJS.
- Experience with CSS frameworks and tools such as Sass.
- Implement responsive designs for various devices and screen
resolutions.
- Availability to work outside of standard business hours as
needed to collaborate with teams across multiple time zones.
- Ability to travel 10% of the time both domestically and
internationally.Preferred Qualifications
- Technical experience in systems engineering at scale with
regards to testing, reliability, security, and observability.
- Champion for quality in code, processes, and culture.
- Strong ability to communicate complex technical and management
information clearly and concisely.We will consider applicants
requiring sponsorship for this opportunity.The approved base salary
range for this position is $114,500 - $145,450. The actual base
salary offered to a candidate may be higher than the approved
range. This will vary depending on a variety of factors including
the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location.
This position is subject to a 30% Area Salary Differential (Cost of
Living Adjustment) for the San Francisco Bay area. The approved
base salary range including ASD for this position is $148,850 -
$189,085 depending on location. In addition, this position is
eligible for a performance bonus and a special project incentive.
