Job Responsibilities: As an Auto Technician at CR Automotive Mill Valley, you will be responsible for: Diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicles, from routine maintenance to complex repairs. Performing services such as Smog Check Inspections, Brake Repairs, Wheel Alignments, and more. Providing excellent customer service by communicating repairs and maintenance needs effectively to both customers and team members. Keeping a clean and organized workspace in a fast-paced, high-energy shop environment. Managing your time efficiently to meet repair deadlines and ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborating with a close-knit, highly skilled team of technicians who are always willing to lend a hand or share knowledge. What We're Looking For: At least 3 years of auto mechanic or technician experience (including diagnostics and repairs). ASE Certification is highly preferred, but we are open to training motivated individuals to earn it. Proficient in working with a wide variety of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems in cars, trucks, and SUVs. You must own your basic working tools. (We provide specialty tools and equipment.) Ability to communicate clearly with both customers and team members in a friendly and professional manner. Reliable transportation and a Class C driver's license are a must. A positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to prioritize tasks to meet repair deadlines. Benefits: Competitive Pay : $75,000 - $95,000 annually based on your skills and experience.
