seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to
join our small but dynamic finance team. This role will be
instrumental in providing financial insights and strategic guidance
to support Intrinsic's rapid growth and expansion in the robotics
space. You will be responsible for forecasting and budgeting,
developing financial models, analyzing key performance indicators,
and providing data-driven recommendations to optimize financial
performance.How your work moves the mission forward
- Develop and maintain robust financial models to support
strategic decision-making, including forecasting revenue, expenses,
and capital expenditures.
- Lead the annual budgeting process, working closely with
cross-functional teams to establish financial targets and allocate
resources effectively.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports,
including variance analysis and commentary, for internal and
external stakeholders.
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends,
risks, and opportunities, providing actionable insights to
management.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure data accuracy
and integrity in financial reporting.
- Improve our data infrastructure, evolving it with the needs of
the company.Skills you will need to be successful
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related
field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in FP&A,
preferably in a technology environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability
to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the
ability to convey financial information clearly and concisely to
various audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a
cross-functional, fast-paced environment. Excellent time management
and multi-tasking/prioritization abilities.
- Experience using SQL or equivalent for data extraction and
transformation.Skills that will differentiate your candidacy
- Interest in robotics and other cutting edge technologies
- Startup experienceThe US base salary range for this full-time
position is between $176,000 - 187,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
