Job Description:

Duties: Undertake executive search, selection, assessment and placement

assignments for clients within the Technology, Media, and

Telecommunications (TMT) sector through utilization of business

development and consulting capabilities, advanced business skills, and

deep knowledge of the TMT industry with a specific focus on advising

private equity firms in the technology space on investment professional

and CFO hires. Specific duties include: conduct company and industry

research and analysis to identify executive placement opportunities;

perform industry research and review internal and external databases and

news in order to understand the clients' business needs; leverage

professional network in order to be introduced to potential clients;

prepare client sales pitches and marketing materials; define role

specification, prioritize competencies and necessary experience to

evaluate trade-offs through detailed meetings with clients; utilize EZI

management appraisal methodologies and develop calibration candidate

profiles and search strategies; research, attract, conduct competency-

based interviews and formal referencing, and evaluate the potential of

experienced executives for placement within TMT companies including

accurately benchmarking them against the market and the client's

specific requirements; lead client interactions, discussions and

negotiations; leverage knowledge of the TMT industry in general and key

players within the various sectors to generate new business and build

strong relationships; keep up to date with evolving business trends and

specific events within the TMT sector; proactively interact with Fortune

500 executives by participating in formal and informal activities; and

contribute to the internal development of best practices and

intellectual capital for the Technology practice.

Requirements: Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics,

Finance or related field (willing to accept foreign education

equivalent) plus eight (8) years of experience as a business analyst,

which must include at least two (2) years of experience managing project

teams, developing and managing corporate client relationships, and

providing financial and strategic advisory services to companies within

the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) sector. Specific

skills/other requirements (quantitative experience requirements not

applicable to this section) - must possess the following: Understanding

of trends and major events in the TMT markets and private equity sector;

manage client-facing teams to perform research and recommend human

capital and organizational strategies to senior client management;

independently perform business development and relationship building

within the TMT and private equity sector which must include a record in

converting client relationships into profitable business mandates,

client repeat work and referrals; ability to maintain and deepen core

client relationships by providing advisory/consulting services as it

relates to new or existing company talents, corporate governance, and

organizational structure and human capital strategy; complex project

management skills that include setting out a strategy, creating a work

plan, assembling a team with relevant expertise, and ensuring delivery

of results that meet time and budget expectations; ability to lead and

conduct negotiations with clients with regards to new or existing

engagements and opportunities. Domestic/international travel required
